Terms & Conditions

 

1. Full payment is required upon booking.

2. We accept debit/credit cards, internet payments and cheques.

3. Confirmation of the booking will be sent at the time of payment and then a second confirmation with full details of the day will be sent 1-2 weeks before the trip.

4. If the company cancels any trip a full refund will be made to the customer.

5. No cancellations or refunds are possible after payment has been made by the customer, but transfer of tickets is possible to another owner by the booker – this must be informed to Make My Days before the day of the trip.

6. Make my Days cannot re-sell tickets for original booker unless the trip is already full and we have a waiting list.

 

7. If a customer is unable to make it on the day please telephone 07958372513.

 

8. Departure and return times are approximate and are subject to delays for traffic and unforeseen reasons.

 

8. Seats on the coach may be allocated by the coach company - if you have any special requirements, please let us know at the time of booking and we will endeavour to help. If you have any specific requirements for the day or bulky items to bring with you on the coach, please advise at the time of booking to ensure there is space in the coach hold.

 

9. Specific artists cannot be guaranteed at performances.

10. When any event, show, exhibition or other Make My Days outing shows "Online Booking No Longer Available" in the title and the price appears as £0.00, any online purchase will be void and will not count towards a ticket, admission or any other transaction with Make My Days.
